I’ve used this sequence on Upwork, in emails, LinkedIn DMs…pretty much anywhere you communicate with clients, you can use the Ghostbuster Sequence. 

The reason I love this sequence so much is that I HATE wasting energy. 

Every dead convo sitting in my inbox is a reminder that I invested a tiny portion of MY LIFE into an interaction that went nowhere. 

It’s like picking fruit, but never juicing it. 

 Well…why don’t we try juicing some of them before they go bad?
Use the Ghostbuster Sequence to quickly run through your backlog of ‘lost connections,’ spending a few seconds on each message. 

 (I’ll give you templates, you just need to tweak them SLIGHTLY depending on the client. They’re as close to ‘copy and paste’ as you can get.)

Now, here’s what the Ghostbuster Sequence does NOT do. 


1. This is NOT a full cold outreach system. 

This sequence is not designed to START NEW CONVERSATIONS with people who don’t know you yet. 

Only buy this if you have DEAD conversations you want to revive. 

Basically, at any point after the client has responded to your initial cold email, Upwork proposal, etc…you can use the Ghostbuster Sequence. 

 2. This does NOT work 100% of the time! 

There are a million reasons why clients stop responding to your messages. 

Maybe they looked up your Instagram account and you support a rival boy band, and they just DO NOT want to work with you under any circumstances. 

OK, the Ghostbuster Sequence isn’t going to save you then.

This sequence works on the MAIN reason why clients ghost (which I’ll explain when I give you the templates). 

And it works by triggering one of two responses—approximately 70% of the time. 

“WHOA! 70%? That’s like a C-, dude.” 
 
Yes, it is. But how many ‘loose ends’ are you tying up WITHOUT the Ghostbuster Sequence?
You can either keep accumulating ghosts in your inbox, or you can spend a few seconds per client, per week sending the Ghostbuster Sequence. 

I’ve recovered MULTIPLE 4 and 5-figure deals using this sequence. 

Obviously, your results will vary. If you charge $50 per project then this sequence isn’t going to change that.
